Instant Pot Vegan Broccoli with Lemon Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 4 lemon slices
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
Method
Step 1
Pour the water into the pot, then place a trivet.
Step 2
Arrange broccoli florets on a round springform tin. Add sliced lemon and diced garlic. Place the tin on top of the trivet.
Step 3
Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Using thequick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.
Step 5
Remove the tin form the cooker. Transfer cooked broccoli with lemon and garlic to a serving bowl. Season with salt and black eppper to taste. Serve hot.
