Orange cream liqueur. Whiskey-based alcoholic mixed drink, very easy, tasty and creamy. You may also like Midori Cream Liqueur, another delicious creamy homemade drink.
Orange Cream Liqueur
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 1 cup (250 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) whiskey
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vodka
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) whole or low-fat milk
- 1 egg
Method
Step 1
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer and stir until blended and mixture forms a light syrup. Cool mixture completely.
Step 2
Using a blender, blend orange juice, whiskey, vodka, cinnamon, and cloves. Add cooled mixture and blend 30 seconds. Add milk and blend at low speed for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add egg and pulse stir 1 minute(use the low speed, turning on-off several times).
