Oven baked chicken in Parma ham.Cheese-stuffed chicken breasts wrapped in ham and baked in halogen (turbo) oven.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts,boneless and skinless
  • 4 oz (120 g) cream cheese with herbs
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 6-8 vine ripened tomatoes (optional)

Method

Step 1

Cut a pocket in each chicken by slicing down one of the long sides bot not cutting right through. Fill each pocket with 1/4 of the cream cheese.

Step 2

Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of Parma ham. Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.

Step 3

Transfer the casserole to lower rack of turbo oven. Cover turbo oven and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes.

Step 4

After 10 minutes add the tomatoes to the halogen oven.(optional) Serve oven baked chicken on rocket leaves.
