Oven Baked Chicken in Parma Ham

- 4 chicken breasts,boneless and skinless
- 4 oz (120 g) cream cheese with herbs
- 8 slices of Parma ham
- 6-8 vine ripened tomatoes (optional)
Cut a pocket in each chicken by slicing down one of the long sides bot not cutting right through. Fill each pocket with 1/4 of the cream cheese.
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of Parma ham. Place chicken breasts in a casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Transfer the casserole to lower rack of turbo oven. Cover turbo oven and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes.
After 10 minutes add the tomatoes to the halogen oven.(optional) Serve oven baked chicken on rocket leaves.
