No-Bake Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
Very quick and delicious snacks.
Ingredients: 2 white bread slices, crust removed, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) each: unsalted butter, cinnamon sugar, and confectioner (superfine) sugar, 1/8 cup (30 ml) water
Instructions: roll the bread slices until flat. Spread unsalted butter over flatted bread, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up seasoned bread slices until tight. Cut cinnamon rolls into 1-inch (2.5 cm) slices.
In a small mixing bowl, combine confectioner (superfine) sugar and water. Mix well. Drizzle frosting over the cinnamon rolls. Serve immediately.

Oven Baked Easy Cinnamon Buns Recipe
Makes 12 servings
Ingredients: 1/6 challah dough recipe, almond milk, 1½ cups (375 ml) confectioner (superfine) sugar, 1½ tablespoons (45 ml) ground cinnamon, For the Glaze: 1½ cups (375 ml) confectioner sugar, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cooking oil, a few tablespoons boiling water
Instructions: Roll out challah dough into a large rectangle, then brush with almond milk.
In a small mixing bowl, combine confectioner sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix well. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over almond milk.
Roll the dough into a tight roll. Cut into 12 portions and place into a greased 9- x 13-inch (22.5 -33.5 cm) baking dish. set aside and allow to rise for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (175º C). bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bun comes out clean.
To Prepare the Glaze: In a medium mixing bowl, combine all glaze ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture into a Ziploc bag, then snip a corner and drizzle the glaze over the cinnamon buns.
Oven Baked Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
- 8 oz (240 g) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted butter
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) milk
Preheat an oven to (375 F).
Unroll the dough and separate it into 4 rectangles. Spread 1 tablespoon (15 ml) butter evenly over each rectangle.
In a small mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir well and sprinkle cinnamon mixture over rectangles. Starting with the short side of each rectangle, roll up and seal edges.
Cut each cinnamon roll into 5 slices. Place cinnamon rolls in 8-9-inch (20-22.4 cm) square pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of roll comes out clean. Remove form the oven and cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
In a samall mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk. Mix well. Drizzle over baked cinnamon rolls. Serve warm.
