Oven Baked Parma-Wrapped Chicken Breasts

- 3 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese
- 1 red chili,seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- a few drops of Tabasco sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 4-8 slices Parma ham
- olive oil
In a mixing bowl,combine cream cheese,chili and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Using a sharp knife,cut a slit in each chicken breast to form a pocket. Stuff the pockets with creamed mixture.
Wrap stuffed chicken breasts securely with Parma ham. Arrange seam-side down on greased ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season again.
Place on the low rack of halogen(turbo) oven. Set temperature to $00 F (200 C). Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
