Oven Cooked Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 oz (30 g) unsalted butter
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 lemon pepper

Method

Step 1

In a shallow bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, and lemon pepper. Mix well. Pour mixture over the skin of chicken breasts.

Step 2

Arrange chicken breasts on the high wire rack of turbo oven. Cook at 400°F (205°C) for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
