Oven roast crabs. Marinated crab legs cooked in halogen (turbo) oven. Very easy and tasty! You may also like Baked Parmesan Chicken Wings.

Oven Roast Crabs

Ingredients

  • 2 large white crabs (or any other kinds), cleaned and cut into 8 pieces
  • 1/3 onion, cut into strips
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 chili pepper, sliced
  • 2 large eggs
  • Sauce for Oven Roast Crabs:
  • unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine

Method

Step 1

Break the crab legs and marinate with salt and dry white wine.

Step 2

Spread the butter on aluminum foil. Combine the onion, garlic, chili, and eggs. Put atop of the butter. Put crab legs on top of the mixture.

Step 3

Mix the ingredient sauce and pour on top of the crabs. Arrange aluminum foil in turbo oven. Roast crab legs at 400° F(204° C) for 15-20 minutes. Serve oven roast crabs hot.
