- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 12-14 black olives
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) marinated capers
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- a pinch of chili flakes

Method
Step 1
Pour the water into an electric pressure cooker. Place sea bass fillets in the water, then add the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt.
Step 2
Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Using the Natural Release method, bring pressure to normal. Unlock and open the lid. Carefully remove the cooked fish and transfer to a serving plate.
Step 4
Serve with cooked olives, tomatoes, and capers. Pour the cooking liquid over. Garnish with fresh parsley.
