Pressure cooker baked sweet potatoes recipe. Sweet potatoes baked in an electric instant pot and served with chopped green onions and crumbled feta cheese. You may also like Roasted Baby Potatoes, another easy and delicious potato recipe cooked in the pressure cooker.

Pressure Cooker Baked Sweet Potatoes Recipe


  • 2-4 medium sweet potatoes
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • chopped green onions


Step 1

Scrub potatoes, then prick 5-10 times with a fork.

Step 2

Pour 1 cup (250 ml) water into 6-quart (6 L) electric pressure cooker. Add a trivet and arrange crumbled potatoes on it.

Step 3

Close and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Using the natural Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid. (please note:If for some reason your potatoes are not fully cooked through, place the lid back on the Instant Pot and cook for a further 5-10 minutes)

Step 5

Using tongs, remove cooked potatoes from the pot and transfer to serving plates. Top each potato with crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
