Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
- 2 pinches red pepper flakes
- pinch chili powder
- 2 cups (500 ml) jarred marinanra sauce of your choice
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- sea salt
- 1/3 cup shredded Provolove cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pressure cooker turned to sauté mode. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add marinara sauce and chopped basil.
Step 2
Sprinkle chicken breasts with some salt, but not too much. Dip seasoned chicken into the sauce.
Step 3
Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 15 minutes.
Step 4
