Pressure cooker cranberry-orange sauce recipe. Cranberry sauce goes well with all kinds of protein, such as pork and duck. I’ll try to cook this cranberry sauce in a pressure cooker.

One warning when making cranberry sauce in a pressure cooker: Don’t fill the cooker more than half full, because cranberries will produce foam as they cook.

There are too many variations of cranberry sauce such as Cranberry-Kumquat sauce, Cranberry Port Sauce with Tart Dried Cherries, Maple-Apple-Cranberry Sauce, etc.

So, today we’re cooking

  • 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier liqueur
  • grated zest of 1 orange
