- half of cantaloupe peeled and cubed
- 1/2 pound (240g) prosciutto,sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Place sliced prosciutto on a work surface. Arrange cubed cantaloupes on prosciutto. Roll up prosciutto around the melon.
Place on a baking sheet with one side of melon facing up. Repeat with remaining prosciutto and melon.
Dust exposed melon with granulated sugar. Broil in preheated broiler until sugar is caramelized and golden brown (about 2 minutes). Serve immediately.
