Prosciutto-Wrapped Caramelized Cantaloupe
Ingredients
- half of cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 pound (240g) prosciutto, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Method
Step 1
Place sliced prosciutto on a work surface. Arrange cubed cantaloupes on prosciutto. Roll up prosciutto around the melon.
Step 2
Place on a baking sheet with one side of melon facing up. Repeat with remaining prosciutto and melon.
Step 3
Dust exposed melon with granulated sugar. Broil in preheated broiler until sugar is caramelized and golden brown (about 2 minutes). Serve immediately.
