Raspberry lassi. Lassi is a yummy and healthy Indian non-alcoholic mixed drink, very similar to our popular smoothie.
Raspberry Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 g) fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup (125 g) non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- 1 drop almond extract
Method
Step 1
In a blender, combine fresh raspberries, yogurt, milk, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add almond extract and crushed ice. Blend until well combined.
Step 3
Pour into cocktail glass and serve immediately.
