Raspberry lassi. Lassi is Indian nonalcoholic mixed drink very similar to our popular smoothie.This recipe adapted from http://www.diettaste.com
- 1 cup(250 g) fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup(125 g) non-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup(125 ml) milk
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- 1 drop almond extract
In a blender,combine fresh raspberries,yogurt,milk and honey. Blend until smooth.
Add almond extract and crushed ice. Blend until well combined.
Pour into cocktail glass and serve immediately.
