Salmon ravioli recipe. Delicious Italian salmon-stuffed ravioli. Very easy to cook!

Salmon Ravioli Recipe


  • 3/4 pound (360 g) raw skinless and boneless salmon, cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • cornmeal
  • 48 wonton skins
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper


Step 1

Place cubed salmon on a flat surface. Chop it fine. Place salmon in a medium bowl and add seasoning, scallions, dill, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

Step 2

Sprinkle the flat surface with cornmeal. Layout 24 of wrappers on the powdered surface. Spoon equal portions of salmon mixture onto the center of each wrapper. Beat egg yolk with the water and brush egg mixture around each spoonful of the filling. Cover each with a second wrapper and press around the filling. Cover with a plastic wrap until ready to cook.

Step 3

When ready to cook, bring 3 quarts (3 L) of water to the boil over medium-high heat. Add salt to taste. Add ravioli into boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4

Drain cooked ravioli. Serve hot over cooked asparagus.
