Shrimp canapes with dill. Cooked shrimp with lemon wedges and dill served on toast rounds.Very easy and delicious appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 18 medium shrimp,cooked,shelled and deveined
  • 12 toast rounds
  • unsalted butter
  • mayonnaise
  • 12 dill sprigs
  • lemon wedges
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

Butter the toast rounds and arrange 3 shrimp halves in a spiral of each round. Garnish the shrimp canapés,if desired,with mayonnaise pressed from pastry tube. Serve with lemon wedges and freshly ground black peppe
