Slow Cooker Baked Fudge-Pudding Cake

- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs,beaten
- 1¹⁄³ cups sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter,melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- grated peel of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) whipping cream
- chopped toasted pecans
- whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
Grease inside of 4½-quart(4½L) slow cooker with cooking spray. Preheat slow cooker on low.
In a small mixing bowl,combine cocoa powder,flour and salt. Blend well and set aside.
Place beaten eggs in large bowl and gradually add sugar,beating until very thick and pate yellow. Mix in melted butter,vanilla and orange peel.
Stir coca mixture into egg mixture. Add whipping cream and and mix until blended.
Pour batter into slow cooker. Cover opening of slow cooker with paper towel to collect condensation(make sure it doesn't touch batter). Place lid over paper towel.
Cook on low heat setting for 3-4 hours. To serve,spoon slow cooker baked fudge pudding cake into dishes. Sprinkle with toasted pecans and top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
