Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds (760 g) beef stew meat, cubed
- 1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
- 1 red chili pepper, chopped shiitake mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ½ cups (370 ml) dry red wine
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
Method
Step 1
