Slow Cooker Bourbon-Glazed Sausages Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) small cooked sausages
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
Method
Step 1
In a 1½-quart (1½ L) slow cooker, combine sausages, apricot preserves, maple syrup, and bourbon. Stir well.
Step 2
Close the pot and cook on low-heat setting for 4 hours.
Step 3
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Remove cooked sausages from the cooker and transfer to a serving plate. Pour the liquid over. Serve warm.
