  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

      Hi, You have to cool it on the rack first, and then remove it from the pan and cool it completely on a wire rack. Regards
