Slow Cooker Keto Ham and Cheese Sliders Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian rolls, cut into halves
- 1/2 pound (240 g) thinly sliced ham
- 5 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1
Layers sliced ham on the bottom Hawaiian rolls. Layer sliced Swiss cheese across the top of ham. Top with second halves.
Step 2
In a small mixing bowl, combine remaning ingredients. Mix well.
Step 3
Place sliders in a slow cooker. Brush with butter mixture.
Step 4
Cover the pot and cook on high-heat setting for 1½-2 hours.
Step 5
Turn off the cooker and open the lid. Transfer cooked sliders to a lower rack of a broiler. Boil for 30-60seconds for crisp the top.
