- 1¼ cups (310 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup (250 g) finely chopped zucchini
- 1/4 cup (60 g) semisweet chocolate morsels

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, applesauce, and sugar. Beat until smooth.
