Slow Cooker Country-Style Ribs with Plum Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 pounds (1.44 kg) country-style pork ribs, cut into servings
- 7 oz (210 ml) jar plum sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Place pork ribs in slow cooker. In a mixing bowl, combine plum sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Mix well and pour mixture over pork ribs.
Step 2
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours.
Step 3
Turn heat to high and cook 10 minutes. Stir in combined cornstarch and orange juice, stirring 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Season it with salt and black pepper. Serve sauce over the ribs.
