Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken Breasts with Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 6 oz (180 g) package of stuffing mix
- 10 Β½ oz (315 ml) can cream of chicken condensed soup
- 3/4 cup (180ml) sour cream
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
- 10 oz (300 g) bag frozen green beans
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
Grease slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper and place on the bottom of greased slow cooker. Top with stuffing mix.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except green beans. Stir well and pour soup mixture over chicken in slow cooker. Arrange green beans on top.
Step 3
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6 hours or in high for 4 hours.
