Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 6 tavlespoons Dutch process cocoa, divided
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) reduced-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 ½ cups (370 ml) boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Wrap the bottom of the springform pan in aluminum foil.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Whisk combined milk, vegetable oil, walnuts, and vanilla into the flour mixture, mixing well. Grease a 7-inch(15.5 cm) springform pan with nonstick spray.
