- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- bunch of green onions, minced
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
- sriracha sauce
- 24 Hawaiian rolls
- shredded cheese

Method
Step 1
Sprinkle the pork shoulder with salt and place in a 6-quart (6 L) slow cooker. Top with smoked bacon.
Step 2
Close the pot and cook on a low-heat setting for 8-10 hours or until meat is done.

Turn off the cooker and open the lid. Using tongs, remove cooked pork from the pot and transfer to a cutting board. With two forks, shred the meat.
Step 4
In a small mixing bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, salt, vinegar, and sugar. Mix well and set aside.

In another mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and minced green onions. Stir well.
