Slow cooker lemon-pepper chicken breasts. Chicken breasts with lemon juice, and pepper cooked in a slow cooker Only three-ingredient chicken recipe! Very easy and delicious. Surprise your guests! I served it with lime sauce.

To make lime sauce:

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon lime juice

In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch. Stir well and add to a small pan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Stir in lime juice and butter. Continue cooking and stirring until butter melts. Pour over the cooked chicken. Enjoy!

How is it that the picture looks as if the recipe has a breading of some sort? It looks delicious.

Hi, it is not breaded, just cooked in a slow cooker, that’s all. Best regards.

Wondering if I could use lemon pepper seasoning? If so how much lemon juice do!I still need? It’s late for this old bat, my eyes are not as good as they were, I probably overlooked it.
Thank you for your time and patience.

Use 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning, then reduce black pepper to 1 teaspoon. Regards.
