Slow cooker peach ribs. Delicious pork ribs with peaches and bourbon cooked in slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 2 Β½ pounds (1.2 kg) pork loin back ribs,cut into pieces
- 12 oz (360 g) jar peach preserves
- 1 yellow medium onion,peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Method
Step 1
Place ribs in slow cooker.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour peach mixture over ribs. Toss well to coat ribs completely.
Step 3
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 5-6 hours.
Step 4
Using a tongs,remove cooked ribs from slow cooker,reserving cooking liquid. Transfer ribs to serving platter. Pour peach mixture over and serve immediately.
