Slow cooker pork tenderloin chili is a delicious and hearty dish that is perfect for those cold winter days. The slow cooker does all the work, allowing the flavors to meld together and create a comforting meal.
How to make Pork Loin roast in a Slow Cooker
To make this pork loin roast in a slow cooker, start by cutting 1 pound (480 g) of pork tenderloin into cubes. This will ensure that the meat cooks evenly and absorbs all the flavors of the chili.
Next, add the pork tenderloin cubes to the slow cooker along with a 15 oz (450 ml) can of reduced-sodium low-fat beef broth. The broth will help to tenderize the meat and add a rich, savory flavor to the chili.
To give the chili some added texture and flavor, add a 15 oz (450 ml) can of pinto beans that have been rinsed and drained. The beans will add a creamy texture and a nutty flavor to the chili.
Finally, add a pound (480 g) of plum tomatoes that have been diced, along with some diced onions, minced garlic, and your favorite chili spices. This will give the chili a robust and aromatic flavor.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours. The longer you cook the chili, the more tender and flavorful the pork will become.
Serve the slow cooker pork tenderloin chili hot, garnished with some shredded cheese, chopped green onions, and a dollop of sour cream. This chili is sure to warm you up and satisfy your taste buds. Enjoy!
