Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound (480 g) Italian sausages
- 1 yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 28 oz (840 ml) can unsalted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 red bell pepper, cored and cut into bite-size pieces

Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook until evenly browned, turning occasionally.

Grease a 6-quart (6 L) with nonstick cooking spray. Transfer browned sausages to the greased pan, reserving drippings in the skillet.
