Slow Cooker Simple Pork Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) boneless pork roast
- 1 cup (250 ml) salsa
- 4 oz (120 ml) can green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- flour or corn tortillas

- diced tomatoes
- shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
Method
Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine pork roast, salsa, chilies, garlic salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Cover the spot and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 hours, or until pork is tender.
Step 3
Turn off the slow cooker. Using tongs, remove cooked meat from the slow cooker. Transfer to cutting board. Shred with two forks.
Step 4
Serve on corn or flour tortillas. Top as desired.
