- 2 pounds (960 g) boneless pork roast
- 1 cup (250 ml) salsa
- 4 oz (120 ml) can green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- flour or corn tortillas
- sour cream
- diced tomatoes
- shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
In a slow cooker, combine pork roast, salsa, chilies, garlic salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours or until pork is tender.
Turn off the slow cooker. Using tongs, remove cooked meat from slow cooker. Transfer to cutting board. Shred with two forks.
Serve on corn or flour tortillas. Top as desired.
