Slow Cooker Simple Pork Tacos2017-02-18

- 2 pounds (960 g) boneless pork roast
- 1 cup (250 ml) salsa
- 4 oz (120 ml) can green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- flour or corn tortillas
- sour cream
- diced tomatoes
- shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
In a slow cooker,combine pork roast,salsa,chilies,garlic salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours or until pork is tender.
Turn off slow cooker. Using a tongs,remove cooked meat from slow cooker. Transfer to cutting board. Shred with two forks.
Serve on corn or flour tortillas. Top as desired.
