Slow cooker simple pork tacos. Pulled pork roast with salsa and spices cooked in a slow cooker. This is a really simple slow cooker pork tacos recipe. Serve it with corn or flour tortillas.
Slow Cooker Simple Pork Tacos
- 2 pounds (960 g) boneless pork roast
- 1 cup (250 ml) salsa
- 4 oz (120 ml) can green chilies
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- flour or corn tortillas
- sour cream
- diced tomatoes
- shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
In a slow cooker, combine pork roast, salsa, chilies, garlic salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Cover the spot and cook on a low-heat setting for 8 hours, or until pork is tender.
Turn off the slow cooker. Using tongs, remove cooked meat from the slow cooker. Transfer to cutting board. Shred with two forks.
Serve on corn or flour tortillas. Top as desired.
