Slow Cooker Stuffed Chicken
Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz (345 ml) can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz (240 ml) sour cream
- 6 oz (180 g) box Stove Top stuffing mix
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) water
- 16 oz (480 g) frozen green beans, thawed
- 4 large skinless and boneless chicken breasts, salted and peppered
Method
Step 1
Place seasoned chicken breasts in slow cooker.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, water, chicken soup, and Stove Top stuffing mix. Mix well and pour over chicken breasts.
Step 3
Arrange the string beans either on one side of slow cooker. Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-7 hours.
Step 4
Remove cooked chicken and stuffing from slow cooker. Place on serving platter. Serve immediately.
