Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds (720 g) beef flank steak, cut into strips
  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cored and cut into strips
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cored and cut into strips
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cored and cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

Method

Step 1

Grease inside the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

In the greased slow cooker, combine steak, onion, bell peppers, cilantro, garlic, chili powder, and coriander. Stir well.
