Slow Cooker Vegetarian Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients
- 25 oz (750 g) spaghetti sauce mix
- 8 oz (240 ml) tomato sauce with roasted garlic
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into cubes
- 1 eggplant, peeled and cubed
- 1 medium green bell pepper, cored and cut into pieces
- 28 oz (840 ml) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 pound (240 g) uncooked spaghetti
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Method
Step 1
Grease inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
In the greased pot, combine all ingredients, except spaghetti and cheese. Mix well.
Step 3
Cover the cooker and cook on a low-heat setting for 4-6 hours.
