Slow Cooker Zesty Cocktail Meatballs Recipe


  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 can (10½ oz (315 ml)) condensed French onion soup
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 pounds (960 g) ground beef
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar


Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten egg, onion soup, and stuffing mix.well. Add ground beef and mix to combine. Shape into 50 meatballs.

Step 2

Place beef meatballs in a 15x10 baking pan. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C). Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until no longer pink.

Step 3

Turn off the oven. Drain fat off meatballs, then transfer to a slow cooker.

Step 4

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour the mixture over meatballs. Stir gently to coat.

Step 5

Cover the pot and cook on high-heat setting for 2 hours.

Step 6

Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Remove cooked meatballs from the pot and transfer to a serving plate. Use toothpicks to serve.
