Spicy Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 5 oz (150 g) medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
Place scrubbed potato pieces in a large glass bowl.
Step 2
Combine oil, orange juice, chili powder, mustard, and salt in mixing bowl. Mix well and pour mixture over potatoes. Toss to coat evenly.
Step 3
In small mixing bowl, combine the crème fraiche and chives to make the dip. Put the low grilling rack in the turbo oven. Set halogen oven temperature to 425ºF (220 °C).
Step 4
Arrange the potatoes on a round baking tray. Cover turbo oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Transfer spicy potato wedges to a warm serving plate. Serve with a bowl of chive dip.
