Spinach and feta stuffed chicken. Very easy and delicious recipe!
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 16 oz (480 g) bag frozen spinach,thawed
- 1 cup (crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Beat chicken breasts until thin and wide.
In a nonstick skillet, preheat olive oil. Add garlic and cook until golden brown. Add thawed spinach and cook until done. Add crumbled feta cheese and stir well.
Divide feta mixture onto each chicken breast. Wrap chicken around feta mixture and secure with a toothpick.
Place stuffed chicken in a glass baking dish. Pour melted butter over.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until tender. Serve spinach and feta stuffed chicken hot.
