Sushi with avocado and red caviar. Japanese sushi with avocado and red caviar. Delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 3 oz (90 g) red caviar
  • 3 oz (90 g) any kind of soft cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ripe avocado,peeled and pitted

Method

Step 1

Mash avocado,using a fork. Add salt,black pepper and lemon juice.

Step 2

Using a wet hands,make a balls from cooked rice,then press a little. On the top of rice,layer by layer,spread mashed avocado,soft cheese and red caviar. Serve and enjoy!
