- 10 wonton skins,3-inches(7.5 cm)square each
- 1 egg,beaten
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Cut the wrappers in half diagonally,creating triangles. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place triangles on lined baking sheets,at least 1-inch(2.5 cm) apart. Brush the wontons with beaten egg and sprinkle evenly with sugar.
Preheat oven to 475°F (240°C). Bake sweet wontons until golden brown(about 20 minutes). Let cool on pan or wire rack.
