We’re constantly surrounded by stressful people and high-energy environments, which can make it hard to fight off the common cold or other illnesses. Eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables helps to boost the immune system and also protects it from bacterial infections. Exercise is also important because it alleviates stress and helps strengthen the immune system.
This January, I am starting small by committing to a few healthy choices. One of them is to quit smoking which will make me feel better right now and later on. Commit with me to taking one more step towards our own long-term health!
