Fried Salmon Steaks

  1. Preheat oven to 150°F(70°C).
  2. Dredge salmon steaks with flour.
  3. Heat oil and 1 tablespoon butter in large nonstick skillet.
  4. While hot,add salmon.
  5. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Turn salmon steaks over.
  7. Season well and continue cooking 5 minutes depending on size.
  8. Melt remaining butter in frying pan.
  9. Combine together mushrooms,artichoke hearts,garlic and parsley.
  10. Season and cook in melted butter 4-5 minutes over medium-high heat.
  11. Sprinkle fried salmon steaks in lemon juice and cook 30 seconds more.
  12. Remove fried salmon steaks from the oven.
  13. Serve with vegetables.Garnish dish with lemon slices.
