Perozski recipe. Very easy and delicious recipe. Only 3 ingredients recipe!
- 7 ½ oz (225 g) frozen puff pastry,thawed
- 8 oz (240 g) liver pate
- 1 large egg,beaten
Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C).
Poll out dough very thinly on a floured surface. Cut dough into 3-inches (7.5 cm) squares. Cut in half diagonally to make triangles.
Place about 1 teaspoon liver pate on each half of triangles. Moisten dough edges and cover with remaining triangles. Press edges together to seal.
Place stuffed triangles on greased baking sheet. Brush with with beaten egg
Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until risen and golden. Remove baked pirozski from the oven. Transfer to serving platter. Serve hot.
