East India cocktail. Brandy based alcoholic mixed drink.Very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (60 ml) brandy
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) raspberry syrup
  • dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 teaspoon orange curaçao
  • 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur

Method

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with crushed ice. Shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Step 2

Garnish East India cocktail with lemon twist and cocktail cherry. Serve immediately.
