Ingredients
- 3 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
- 3 slices Monterey Jack cheese
- 9 slices bacon
Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 350 F (175 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, slice horizontally through the middle, being careful do not to cut through the other side. Open the sides and spread them out.
Step 3
Season both sides of the chicken with lemon-pepper seasoning. Place a slice of cheese on each chicken breast, then wrap each breast with 3 slices of bacon. Secure them with toothpicks.
Step 4
Place wrapped chicken breasts in the air fryer basket. Fry at 350 F (175 C) for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve hot.
