Instant Pot Baked Salmon Fillets
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 taspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 salmon fillets
- cooking spray
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except salmon fillets. Mix well.
Spray both sides of fillets with cooking oil. Rub all over. Cover oiled fish with spices.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Working in batches, place spiced salmon fillets in the air fryer basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot.
