Air fryer filet mignon recipe. Filet mignon is known as the most tender cut of beef. It might seem like a fancy dish, but it’s actually very easy to make with this simple air fryer fillet mignon recipe.

What are the benefits of using an air fryer?

A lot of people buy an air fryer for their convenience and to reduce the amount of oil or fat they use. But, it is also a healthy alternative to deep-frying food. Air fryers use little or no oil to cook food, so it’s healthier than deep frying and it has less chance of spoiling food because there is less risk that the hot oil will splash out and burn someone.

What are the benefits of cooking filet mignon in an air fryer?

Many people think that cooking filet mignon in an air fryer is a bad idea because of the high temperature. But there are some benefits as well. For one, it will not dry out as much as it would if you were to cook it the traditional way. It is also a lot easier to cook with an air fryer than any other type of cooking method because the temperature is controlled and the food doesn’t have a chance to burn.
