Air Fryer Beef and Pork Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds (740 g) beef steak, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne ppper
  • 1pound zucchini, cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed beef, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Montreal Steak seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Toss well to coat the meat evenly.

Step 3

Spray the air fryer basket with a nonstick cooking spray. Place marinated beef in the greased basket and fry at 400 F (200 C) for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4

In a small mixing bowl, combine cubed zucchini, 1/2 teaspoon olive oil, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Toss until evenly coated.

Step 5

Once the beef is browned, toss it around and move to another side of the basket. Add seasoned zucchini to the other side of the air fryer basket. Fry for a further 3 minutes.

Step 6

Remove fried beef and zucchini from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
