Air Fryer Honey Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into halves
Method
Step 1
In a large resealable bag, combine all ingredients, except chicken. Shake well.
Step 2
Add chicken halves, then seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Step 3
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Remove chicken breasts from the marinade and place in the prepared basket. Oil with cooking spray.
Step 5
Bake at 325 F (160 C) for 10 minutes. Open the basket and flip the chicken, spray with more nonstick cooking spray. Continue cooking for a further 10 minutes. Serve hot.
