Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2/3 pound (360 g) raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, paprika, and garlicpowder. Mix well.

Step 3

Add shrimp to the mixture. Toss well to coat.

Step 4

Place shrimp in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 F (200 C) for 6-8 minutes or until firm and opaque. serve hot with lemon wedges.
